Northern's Cats

Brokenfoot - formerly Mouseleap - was born as a loner named Bounce. Due to slightly longer back legs than front legs, she has a rabbit-like spring to her step. This can be quite a nuisance, considering the fact that her front right paw is permanently twisted inwards; the terrible result of a potentially fatal accident on the Thunderpath - and accident where she hardly made it out alive. Brokenfoot?s mother died in the accident, and Brokenfoot herself made it out - with a permantently twisted paw and a torn ear. Brokenfoot had been a part of DarkClan at the time of the accident; her name still Mouseleap. Her mother was her namesake - Mousewhisker. After Brokenfoot had managed to drag herself back to camp, Rainstar changed her name to what it is now - Brokenfoot. To this day, the warrior is still adjusting to her new state as half-crippled. Brokenfoot is a small she-cat; slightly smaller than your average female warrior. She?s got long black and white fur that brings out prominent green eyes that dominate her face. Her eyes slant slightly upwards, giving the impression that she?s angry at something. She?s quite attractive, in her own way. Her cheekbones are prominent, and black streaks outline her eyes somewhat like a lynx?s fur design. Brokenfoot is not the silent type, nor is she a bubbly cat in any way. She enjoys the time she has by herself, and makes the most out of the time she spends with other cats. Usually, cats take one look at her and scurry off. Not because she?s ugly, but because she?s probably the only cat in camp who has a hard time hunting for herself. Even walking is a pain; she?s always tipping to one side or the other - she?s basically only using three of her legs to walk. Her foot still supports her weight, just not in the way it should. Truth be told, the foot isn?t such a pain. It still works okay, but because it?s pointed inwards, she often finds herself tripping over it. She has a hard time staying quiet in the forest because of this issue, and often scares off prey before she even gets the chance to shift into a hunting crouch. While she?s not too successful in the forest, she?s mastered the art of fishing, and she moves like an otter while in the water. 

Rumblekit is a larger than average young tom with a shy attitude. He gets spooked easily, earning him teasings from fellow kits. Although he is large in size, he is not very brave and will back out of any challenge if he feels it is a danger to him. The tom is an unusually patterned cat, with white fur that is splotched with spots of black. His nose is pink, with a black spot on it. His eyes are a brilliant emerald green, flecked with bits of gold and darker bits of green as it gives way to an opaque black pupil that usually is wide open, on both sides. His ears are bigger than average, as are his paws. His tail is unusually long, and often finds himself tripping over it. He's exceptionally good at jumping though, due to powerful hind legs and a good sense of where he's going. He's good at tracking, and can find almost anything in almost any weather due to his exceptional sense of smell. He loves to hunt, and climb trees.

Ursa is a very manipulative she-cat. She's a wonderful liar, and can make anyone believe anything if she sets her mind to it. Ursa was named after the constellation, Ursa Minor. Because of her starry blue eyes and her darkly coloured pelt. She hates arrogance, which is one of the reason's she's semi-hostile towards her brother, Orion. She's got a lithe, slender frame that is well muscled around the legs and shoulders. Her fur is long and feathery, which is unusual for a cat of her breed. Ursa is pretty in her own way, with a darkly colored face and legs. Her tail is black, and it bleeds into her fur, getting lighter as it moves towards her stomach. Her neck is a light cream color, as well as the tops of her front legs and the tops of her back legs. Her legs are black, and the black fades once it reaches the elbow, receding into a light tan color. Ursa doesn't much care for most kinds of food, but she takes after her namesake by enjoying fishing much more than she should. Ursa Minor, the constellation, resembles a long-tailed grizzly bear - whose main prey is fish.
